allison, A week ago she said you were doing a great job and now she suggests this? Is she still in therapy or does she think she's 'cured' and wants to see a tougher allison?
I'm just thinking out loud but have you considered taking your great work history to another more humane company?
Extreme stress, as you know, especially over long periods of time is not good for anyone.
Is it worth it?
