It is so sad for me to see you wanting to give up. My son has heard many voices since he was 18 and they have never gone away. He managed to make it through highschool but has not been able to continue school or work since. You are a very lucky woman Kelly, to be able to have a job and family and occasional setbacks. Maybe you just need to take some time out from work and relax and adjust your meds.>I told my Dr. about this & he was telling me that it doesn't always work, I think he was just scaring me away from doing it,well it work for now.
Your Dr. was right. My son tried to hang himself and it did not work. I was happy he survived and had only rope burns with no other damage.
