There was an occasion a lifetime ago when we were all sitting around a table having taken acid and smoking dope. Someone might start with 'Are we sitting comfortably?' or 'No need to call for an ambulance, no need at all.' And we did that all night until the end. We were quite helpless with laughter, always referring to the edge of our anxiety. Sometimes it was (of course) painful. At the end I remember someone said as we parted 'The least we can do is wave to each other'. At least that was interesting. It is not a good combination to be both anxious and bored, as I so often am.
