The feeling like I might faint or lose control any second remind me of what used to happen to me - ONLY if I was driving on a multi-lane highway. I wondered at the time if it was the beginning of a panic attack (which I've never had).
This didn't happen EVERY time on the highway. It never happened unless I was the one driving the car. Eventually it stopped.
