Well, I guess I should say, that I remember it seeming like 'common knowledge' decades ago, that fluorescent bulbs weren't good for us & that if we worked where they had them, it'd be good to get full-spectrum lights for at home,etc.

I did read recently that if fluorescent bulbs break, they have mercury & one should be VERY careful cleaning up. There are online safety instructions available.

Sorry about your headaches. You're not the first person I've heard say that.
