Thanks rain, antigua, and zen. And thanks to all who have sent messages. I appreciate all of them, and I'll start getting back to y'all soon. But right now, I still seem to be pretty stuck in hideout mode, and I'm not really talking much. (Shocking, I know.) :)
Anywhoo, I saw my pdoc Friday. He didn't make any med changes. He was very supportive and offered some interpretations that ring true and likely will be helpful even if they do feel a bit yucky, too. He's psychodynamically oriented, which I think is great. My T called me back middle of the week, and I see him on Tuesday. He didn't ask any questions, just told me when he was available. Thank God he's available!
It seems everyone's in agreement that going back is a good idea. We'll see how it goes and feels Tuesday, though hopefully I'll feel more like communicating before then.
