hhmmm... it might be the wish to "do something" -whereas meditation is more passive

I don't mean to suggest by any means that it is not extraordinarily helpful and fantastic, I think we "forget" to stop, focus and breathe
-that's for me anyway- I'll give it some serious consideration though, thanks
