Good question. There are so many documented benefits to meditation.

I was doing it fairly regularly about a year and a half ago. I stopped for a stupid reason: I now do my light therapy at the time of day I used to meditate. I can't seem to meditate with my eyes open, and I haven't bothered to make another time committment for meditation.

I really should get back into that. It was a good thing and very helpful when I was doing it regularly.

Maybe then I won't be losing things and driving the wrong way because I'm not thinking about where I'm going and I'm just lettting the car "drive".

Thanks for the reminder.
