Depends on the day of the week...he schedules two afternoons in the treehouse and spends his other time in his "main" office. I happened to live in the city in between so it is the same distance for me.
The one thing I've never asked that I've always wanted to is where is he when we have phone sessions on Fridays. He isn't in his office(s) so I assume he is at home. Does he have a home office, is he in the kitchen, or what? Weird thing to be curious about, but I never remember to ask.
