I'm not sure you could make my Therapist "mad" Dinah. He sort of gets outraged, or frustrated with things but he is such a gentle soul I truly can't imagine him yelling at anybody.

He's told me "I'm OK with hard. Hard work is what we do in here." He's also told me that for him "hard" is when I hold back and don't let him know about my conflicted thinking. He'd probably think you had great balance!

By the way, isn't that what a good therapist is supposed to do? See the merit of two opposing ideas on a spectrum? I still think you'd make a good Therapist yourself...
