Your post brought up a lot of thoughts as I read it, and none of them in the least had to do with you being substandard. It sounds like you feel life is awful right now, and you're beating yourself up real bad, so I'd like to say...just feel what you feel, and let go of the fisticuffs. If you want to cry, just don't need to try to see the funny side of it, you don't need to dislike yourself for the way you feel or make any excuses for how you feel, or run away, or anything. Just u b u.
