Well, I went to the bookstore today, and found a book that was based on the DSM IV but did more than list the criteria. It also gave descriptions of people with the disorder. And I still think I may have schizotypal traits, but my current pdoc is correct. The diagnosis of schizotypal personality disorder refers to a different level of intensity of those traits than I have. Ditto with the borderline. So I'm holding out for personality disorder - not otherwise specified. I'm not going to deny I have a personality disorder. I just think it's a combo plate.
