you write a legal report that says 'okay university sure do whatever you want I don't see a problem with it'.
and so the University will likely hire you, again!
the more reports you are willing to write about how you don't advise them not to do x and y and z wicked things... the more reports they will commission you to write.
it is a form of insurance for the university, you see.
because if they need to answer for their actions in court they want to pull out all the legal advice they received by the financially largest firms they can possibly find... as many of them as possible...
and say they were acting under legal advice.
quite the racket.
