see, the trouble is that we are supposed to believe that it is the students who bribed the officials or the students who cheated on their examinations who are at fault.
the idea is supposed to be that (only these) kids are inept / incompetent because they didn't earn their qualification.
but you need to look into the system that decided to profiteer off of those kids. you need to look into the system that put them in the position where they believed that what was required of them... what was the 'normal' or 'usual' or 'done thing' or the only thing that they could do... was to pay the bribe.
i understand, now, that that is why our system is so obsessively focused on choosing the youngest (and most vulnerable kids) they can for the most part. precisely because they think they can bully them over the years into paying bribes and the like. believing that such conduct is normal or the way things are done.
sexual abuse and the like, too. believing that such conduct is normal or the way things are done.
that's why the focus on choosing them when they are young (and vulnerable) as possible. so they may be 'morally plastic' or 'adaptable' or -- basically as abuse-able as they can possibly be. that's why we intentionally do things in that way.
the system that decides that however many are selected for the purposes of amusement / abuse only. that however many are selected for the purposes of extracting bribes and additional payments.
and then the other kids who are chosen who aren't required to do any of that. who aren't required to do any of those things... but whose qualifications don't mean anything because they were never objectively examined. they were only given and never objectively examined.
the whole system is a hoax. a sham.
there's nothing here.
we don't do any of the most basic things that we are supposed to do.
i imagine we are constantly trying to engage in things... trying to sell organs for transplants -- if we are offered something that seems to be an 'opportunity' -- because we are too stupid to even understand that people test to see if we are honest / trustworthy / if there is any point at all trying to do honest business with us...
and we just constantly constantly constantly constantly convey that our leaders will take the low road only.
