I have been in counseling for 20 years or so now, with 7 mental health issues and a total of 35 medical/mental health conditions. I've had the blessing of having Christian therapists, doctors and even psychiatrists. They have taught me it is okay to be angry with God, so long as the anger does not run or ruin our relationship with Him. Remember, Jesus was human too. He fully understands what life on earth is like; He's been through more than I will ever be able to imagine. He could have gotten angry many times on His mission, but He chose not to sin, so He could become the Spotless Lamb of God who came to save us from our sins.
Don't be afraid of being angry with God - it will pass - trust me on this :) Just don't hold onto the anger for a long time, because anger soon turns to resentment, then bitterness, then turning away from God. Embrace your anger, try to understand it, work through it, pray through it and God will get you through it. :) He's an incredibly understanding and accepting God. He loves each of us.
