Poet, I was wondering what type of job your looking for, and what you think gets in the way of your getting hired.
It's really a practical problem, at one level.
If you can identify some reasons, realistically, then it might be possible to take them one by one, and start to remedy or work on the areas where you might be less effective or convincing to employers.
Maybe you need to research law firms (is this a job as a paralegal-- I'm not quite clear?) to find one that might be a good environment for you.
Or look into what qualifications are most desirable. etc.
I'd be interested in knowing exactly what job(s) you'd like to have, and then possibly thinking through how you might go about troubleshooting so that you would actually get one.
From what I've seen, there'a skill to getting a job, apart from the skills that the job requires once you have it.
The problem, whatever it is, has a solution, I'm sure, even if not an easily-arrived-at one.
