Do you have a regular pediatrician? My mom told me that when I was a toddler I swallowed a ring from a mobile we had. and my mom called our pedictrician and he said I would be ok. I don't think I even needed to go to the doctor's.
So with that in mind maybe you could call your doctor and just ease your mind.
