A small dose of melatonin (0.5mg or 1mg), 500mg calcium citrate, and 50mg of 5HTP. This is what I read somewhere. Sounds like a good combination. There is also a magnesium supplement called Natural Calm which is supposed to be pretty good. I gave this information to my sister because she has a lot of trouble sleeping and wakes up during the night.
