Thats the reason i don't eat fish. I just don't wanna take chances.

Im a protein fan, too.. The thing is: The body can convert fat into carbs if it needs it and especially it can easily transform protein into carbs. Looking at the Diet of most western civilization you would think that carbs were the most important nutrients but this is actually not the case. We can live without carbs, not even too badly, but we cannot live without fat and protein.

Faster recovery from exercise is another benefit. After lunch i don't really eat any carbs at all. My dinner is a protein shake and 150g of chicken lol. Keeps the body from storing the ingested energy in the wrong places.. Then again i need to add that my body has been trained to tolerate this kind of meals for like 4 years. I would not recommend starting out with a dosage like that, for your own sakes and for the sake of people sitting next to you on the bus, hehe.

Ive been regressing to heavy carb loads and now that i changed to reasonable amounts of carbs and at least as much protein as carbs, i feel better. Pretty heavy exercise load and increase to 90mg nardil probably contributes, too. Its often very hard to tell what exactly is helping at a given moment but i think with time eventually one can find out.

Ps. Nardil f*rts combined with protein f*rts is a very nasty combination :D

Nardil 90mg (partial response)
Bupropion100mg
Contemplating Add-On
Major issues left: Behav.addiction; motivation; procrastination, social anxiety; ADD inattentive.
