Pycnogenol-boosts nitric oxide
Grapeseed extract-boosts nitric oxide
beets/beet root juice-boosts nitric oxide
Taurine-something to do with improving vascular smooth muscle-meat, eggs, and fish are good sources
L Carnitine-necessary for the transport of fatty acids to the heart muscle and mitochondria for energy production
Vitamin E-full spectrum with tocotrienols
CoQ10/Ubiquinol-enhances mitochondrial function
Garlic-Kyolic aged garlic may be best
Ginger
And Exercise!!!-walking and brief 15 to 20 min bursts of high intensity exercise, doing 1 or 2 high intensity interval sprint workouts a week.
