Thank you so much for your input.
Right now I have been holding off on taking magnesium for just a couple days already. I tried to get it in my food but with what we had it is too hard plus I don't need to gain any more weight. I have a test that I want to get done, which I have to hold back on the oral supplements. I am already suffering physically and psychologically. I too have gotten the facial ticks. I have back pain to boot, and am weak and do some much better on it. Lets just say, the doctors have been of little help with this. AND, I need a psych doc and a therapist, and a lot of other things too which due to no car, and being a bit poor things are on the slow go.Thanks for the link.
