I am not a Medical doctor & I cannot diagnose. I am a Nutritionist who is interested in alternative nutrition. I read a lot of medical journals and was wondering if you ever heard of Gitelman's syndrome? It is a kidney disorder that causes excessive loss of potassium and magnesium in the urine, leading to deficiencies. Here are some possible symptoms:
Fatigue and tiredness.
Excessive thirst.
Salt craving.
Muscle cramps including leg cramps and muscle spasms.
Joint pain or stiffness.
Numbness of hands and feet.
Heart palpitations.
Dizziness.
Blurred vision.
Increased need to pass urine because the urine is diluted.Google it! There is a lot on info on the web.
Good luck in your quest for health!
