I've read that inositol it has anti-depressant properties, and *might* induce mania. This, and personal experience with it, leads me to believe that it is pretty stimulating. I would definitely take that one in the morning ...

> Thanks. I tried pantothenic acid (B5) for stress and anxiety and thought it helped. But my insomnia seemed to worsen. Also tried inositol hexaniacinate for Raynaud's. Warmer hands and feet but, again, worsening sleep. Even if I take in the AM and not PM.
