Im glad to hear im not the only person wound up by glutamine, funny enough I did try 500 mg first and no problem,,,,, however next day 2000mg and KABOOMMMMMM It sent me half crazy I couldnt sleep, couldnt sit still, couldn't concentrate on anything.....I was a big mess. I stayed up for 36 hours and I was desperate for sleep, but I was tooo wound up.
