I get all my supplements at the VitamShoppe. Goggle it you can order online. I'm lucky to have one here and they guide me on how much and what to take. I take the Magnsium Citrate it helps with elimination too. And the B's and C's are water soluble you pee out with your body doesn't need. And they products are cheap I like their protein whey powder.
