i can't take 1g of fish oil on consecutive days without having insomnia and nightmares. after a year of intermittent fish oil dosing, i finally cut back to the smaller cod liver oil pills (i can't find fish oil pills smaller than 1g).
i'm going to start magnesium, maybe that'll mellow my reaction to the fish oil.
