I appreciate your responding to my posts and the suggestions you gave. Yeah, I really haven't given other brands a try. The two other cheaper brands I have bought in the past (Carlson's and Nordic Naturals) just smelled and tasted too "fishy" for me. As to the GLA suggestion, I was going to do that just for my skin (I have some dry, patchy areas on my face), as per Dr. Weil's suggestion on his website, but then I have read so many conflicting things about whether or not GLA is really beneficial, I didn't do it. But now that you've given me this good feedback about how it's helping your GAD/OCD, maybe I will give it a try. Questions: Did you find evening primrose oil to be the best GLA source? (I know borage oil and black currant oil also have GLA.) How long did it take you to notice any differences in your symptoms taking fish oil and GLA? Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
