yes, I agree, BE CAREFUL with the dose.

I too was not, and ended up feeling strung out. HOwever, one time a higher dose was very effective was when I was travelling to Brazil and was very very tired - I then took 100mg in one go with very nice results.

So if you have lots of energy already but need less anxiety, 50mg no more, but if you are really tired and could maybe use a 'stimulant' effect, go for a higher dose.
