Hi,Thanks for your feedback on this. I'm currently having problems with shallow breathing so I won't be trying this anytime soon. It's really too bad you had those side effects because it seemed to be doing a lot of wonderful things for you. (I'd kill for a little motivation these days.) At the very least, it was good you had this to help you out in the short run.
