It sure didn't have a stimulating effect on me which was a disappointment, that was the reason I tried it. It caused gaba overload, it made my Provigil which was unpredictable anyway completely poop out after a few days.
I didn't get straight picamilon though, it was the theanine/picamilon capsules from smi2le.
