kara, thanks for writing, you are so sweet!:) it's nice to hear from you.:) thank you so much for your input..i wish i was taking vitamins, but i honestly can't afford them right now..i'm kinda amazed i haven't totally fallen apart, but there's still time..:) and i'm kinda glad lar hasn't responded..i really don't want to hear the answer at this point, lol. i'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble eating..yeah, those b vitamins really do help anxiety..they made a big difference for me, when i was taking em. anyway, i appreciate it, girl. you take care of yourself, dear! stay cool!take care, kar,
