I have seen naltrexone 4.5mg at night working well for the relief of the severe pain of fibromyalgia.It takes a while to achieve its maximum effect but there is nothing else I have seen that works so well for sufferers. It works for lots of other conditions too including MS,various cancers and auto-immune diseases.Note though that this information is based on patient feed-back and not on clinical trials.Naltrexone is a prescription drug so you will need to see a physician to get it.It is mostly used for keeping addicts off opiates but the dose there is 50mg daily.
