Hmmm. . .I read that you weren't supposed to look into the bulbs. Perhaps we got different literature from different companies.Yes, I've seen those portable lights that you attach to your head like a visor, but I've never purchased one.
I've heard about those dawn simulators, and my doctor wanted me to get one. I was interested to read about your experience with it. I guess it's good that I didn't waste the money on it!
