You'd have to go out into the woods I suppose. Or find someone with a sound proof room to loan you.
I just googled scream therapy and there are a lot of links. One of them seems to be people doing scream therapy on a forum typing out Ahhhh!!!! I thought that a bit amusing, although unlikely it'd help any.
There have been many times when I'd like to be able to get it all out and scream, but alas, have problems with that since my cheap walls are too thin and everyone would hear me.
I have argued loudly with myself before, sometimes not realizing I was talking outloud. My father walked passed my porch one day and later asked if I was watching television loudly, because he heard two people argueing loudly and fiercly at each other. I admitted it was probably just me, but he said, "no, it was two differant voices." Anyway, having anxiety, I often worry about every horrible thing that could ever go wrong in any situation, and the frustrating arguements that would happen if I tried to reason with someone.
