> JLx, what do you notice also?Well, I don't notice all that much...but I'm just at the beginning of my experimentation. The first day I thought it gave me a "rush" feeling, like if I'd eaten sugar, but then the next day it seemed to make me feel more tired. Now that it's been a few days, I don't notice much difference at all. I think I may try increasing it now some.
