You've made some good points IMO here about the civility rules..the vagueness keeps comments "civil"..and it does seem to happen frequently IMO, at least it does to of the many many problems with the civil rules IMO.

Yes it is an emotional sledgehammer IMO too..but then so are the blocks IMO
