heat effects on depression

i ran accorss this article, that heat increases nuerotransmitter levels. From what i know, the only way to increase heat is stay out in the sun and being intense exercise and running, or having a fever. I guess heat could tap the synpase to move faster, struggling with depression and ADHD symptoms bad, my memory is ... its terrible, but i also bought Tdcs device and increases voltage in the brain. So i was thinking, go out side and get really hot and then use the shock thing, maybe that would increase nuerotransmitters. But probaly it would make very irrtible, not a good mood. Using heat and also electrical shock to boost nuerotransmitter levels. It sounds harsh, but maybe it should be studied
