I wasn't suggesting the alternatives as a primary treatment, only to recommend getting sufficient nutrients to help ensure the meds work property.
Just take a quality multivitamin if you're not sure.As for meds, Topamax, Depakote, gabapentin / lyrica may help. Baclofen may help. Hve you tried mirtazapine?
Be completely honest with your doctor.
