hi. me again. i think i've mentioned this before...sometimes, doctors will prescribe a long acting stimulant for the AM, then an IR tablet in the afternoon. that was my routine w/ ritalin LA (try to avoid ritalin la, btw) and then a focalin tablet in the afternoon.
some tranquilizers can help, combined with stimulants. of course, all the tranquilizers carry serious risks, but some of the newer ones can cover a lot of bases with just 1 pill, so that's always a good thing.
maybe seroquel xr at night at then whatever stimulant(s) during the day? ive read that remeron can help w/ mood, anxiety, etc. in people on stimulant treatment. that could help and spare you having to deal w/ adverse effects from tranquilizers.
i like scott's suggestions more than my suggestion of tca+amphetamine. kinda rough, although I did find it effective, for a season.
do you take any supplements?
