dexedrine is more direct, evkeo has both levo/dextro ismoers, it increases more norepinephrine.....improves cognitive skills. not sure if a doc would give 2 stimulants, but basically yes adderall is both of those, but racmatic amphetamine does have benefits, it's seems kinda less abusable, because lowered dextro inomer......
you could ask about that, but just work with your doctor on that, even though adderall is both isomers, not sure they would use both, but you never know. I would just try to increase the evekeo to maybe 20-40....

Dexedrine: dextroamphetamine 100%
Evekeo: dextroamphetamine 50% levo amphetamine 50% (racmatic amphetamine)
Adderall: dextroamphetamine 75 % levoamphetamine 25 % (i think that's accurate, that's their level of mixture)
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
