hi. I'm doing surprisingly well, thanks. Bontril was the brand name for the once daily phendimetrazine capsule I took way back when. I think they make smaller tablets, too, but I was only on the 1x daily capsule.
I've managed to drop the drug for depression and reduce my Abilify dosage. Good times.
I hope things get better in your world. Fatigue, lethargy...not fun. What supplements are you going to try? I've found that astaxanthin, on top of my ongoing Ortholecular protocol, helped w/ energy levels. I take a single 12mgs capsule per day, with a meal.
