Does anyone have experience successfully managing stimulant therapy? I've declined treatment because the come down is terrible. However, my doc wants me to reconsider. I already take nuvigil. Maybe that longer acting non-amphetamine stimulant will protect my mood from crashing. Any thoughts? Thanks
