I misspelled the drug name. Oh, well.

I have been on Rexulti (brexpiprazole) 2.0 mg/day for a few days. I like the way I feel on it. It has reduced anhedonia and given me a bit more interest and motivation to do things. So far, I don't notice any side effects, although I did feel a bit "drugged" at the beginning. I felt sedated and cognitively slowed. This disappeared in a few days. I had no akathisia, although one might expect this given that I had already been acclimated to Abilify. Rexulti is thought to be less liable to produce akathisia given its reduced intrinsic activity at the dopamine D2 receptor.

Good luck with Rexulti.
