hey...not to be a Debbie Downer, but I'd try to take 1 AP/AAP at a time, if you can. When you mix them, side effects become more of an issue, plus you have drug-drug interactions to contend with.

I do take 2mgs/risperidone on top of 30mgs/Abilify when I need it (thankfully, that's not very often...), but that's a different situation, because I'm maxed out on Abilify dosage and I sometimes get agitated, so I need a low dose tranquilizer on top of the Abilify.

If you just need low-to-moderate dose AP/AAP, I'd try to pick just one, if you can. I did read that they've done some small studies on antioxidants w/ zyprexa...I saw an abstract for 1 with alpha lipoic acid and another with green tea extract. I don't know how they're supposed to help, but they seem to...at least, the alpha lipoic acid proved helpful.
