I have had much success with triazolam 0.25 mg. It's been working consistently for two years now and there's no hangover.
The only downside is that it is a Schedule 4 medication so there are some hassles with refilling the prescription. I can't put it on auto-refill, and can't refill more than 2 days before running out. Also I think I had to use a paper Rx instead of electronic Rx to start.
