How are you feeling?
What is your current dosage of Marplan?
Just a caveat: For some people like me, a dosage increase can produce a temporary improvement that quickly dissipates. The tendency is to think that one increase helped a little, so another increase will help more. Although this notion may be false, it often leads to dosage escalation and perhaps overdose. Be careful. Marplan 150 mg/day seems to me to be excessive.
