Lamictal (lamotrigine) + NAC (N-acetylcystein) for depression.

Maybe anxiety too - not sure. Both drugs inhibit glutamate release and/or production, and are supposed to be complementary and perhaps synergistic. NAC also is transformed in the body to glutathione, a potent antioxidant.
