I dont know of the others except a lot on taurine.Taurine doesent work on gaba however it is the second most abundant inhibitory nuerotransmitter.Like gaba it calms overfiring nuerons, unlike gaba it even is said to calm electrical current from the brain to body.Taurine does cross the brain more then gaba but its still weak as a nutrient.

Google CAMPREL camprel is taurine attatched to a chemical carrier so it crosses more realy into the brain.Let me look it up hold...Heres a paste

" Background

Acamprosate (a kam' proe sate) is N-acetylhomotaurine, a synthetic amino acid analogue similar to gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) and taurine that has been shown to decrease alcohol craving in animal models"

There you have it a synthetic version of taurine camprel is being used for alcohol withdrawal.

Lowering glutamate does i believe result in higher levels of gaba but its not something thats gonna be as potent and fast acting as a gaba carier or taurine carrier.
