Forgot to mention I did get a headache on and off and the nausea was seemed worse after dosing, less pronounced after but still present from time to time. Also noticed amazing energising, motivational effect similar to when i was taking vyvanse which caused some insomnia which I had to take melatonin,antihistamine and 1mg clonazepam to sleep. Sleep has been an ongoing problem for me for years. You may want to keep your sleeping meds. But inversely I have noticed some nights were amazingly deep sleep since starting sceletium.
I recommend not getting the "cured" sceletium and getting the fresh cut. From what I've been reading the fresh has more alkaloids making it more effective for anxiety and depression while the cured seems more for getting high.
