"Is sceletium kanna easy to get?"
I've read its legal worldwide. It was very easy to order in the USA, (illegal in Louisiana).
I found a lot of sites and spent a lot of hours researching each site (with not much success), before i purchased, I took my chances with this site:

I'm don't recommend this site. I'm just saying it is where I got it from and it seems to be satisfactory. Delivery time was less than a week. The site claims that the product originated in Namibia. I'm a guessing a lot of stores are importing it from there in bulk. After ordering I noticed several stores on eBay were impressive and maybe cheaper.
"What is the route of administration?"
I first tried the tea. It's good tasting. tried smoking it and worked nearly the same as the tea of course much faster. Tried a small amount under the tongue, which was almost the same as smoking. I'm reluctant to put anything in my mouth that isn't sterile. I have OCD and it gave relief from that as well..I'd like to say I don't smoke cannabis. I've tried it with scary results that gave me panic attacks in the 1970's I gave up on it in 1979 and haven't smoked it since then. While smoking sceletium the odour and flavour was incredibly familiar as I recall. But the effects are vastly different.
"How much does it cost?"
I estimated that it would cost me under US$50.00 a month to keep the dose I'm on. About 150mg of the tea cut every other day.
I should tell you that I almost gave up on it because of the nausea It was quite pronounced. Also, the first 1-3 hours after administration causes moderate anxiety. Feels almost like an anxiety attack coming on. After that the familiar feeling I used to get somewhat similar to an SSRI.
I'm really concerned about purity. Could easily be contaminants and heavy metals. No way to know. I wish I could find a certified source. I wish there were more studies. I found a fb group called "sceletium", but was a bit disappointed. All information seems rhetorical, fragmented and incomplete.
Youtube has videos of people "snorting" it at higher doses to get high. This can be prohibiting its use. giving it a tainted reputation. Many pharmaceutical drugs can cause euphoria taken this way. I'm taking it for relief of my severe anxiety. I haven't experienced any euphoria.
